Founded in 2023, Lee & Sam Property Care was created by Yen Lee and Samyyah Moore with a shared vision — to bring professionalism, transparency, and lasting quality to Chicago's renovation and property management industry.
The company's name reflects its partnership at heart: a combination of family legacy, trust, and commitment to detail. While Yen and Samyyah lead the company's direction and client experience, the operational backbone is guided by Fredrick Moore — Sam's father, senior advisor and head foreman, who brings over 25 years of hands-on construction expertise to every project.
